BGCAPP is safely destroying the chemical weapons stockpile currently in storage at the Blue Grass Army Depot near Richmond, Kentucky. I worked as an Industrial Engineering intern in the Performance Excellence & Quality Services Department. Here, I implemented a project culture survey, analyzed the data, and managed the report generation. I also did an organizational self-assessment review of the Closed-Loop Corrective Action (CLCA) program, as well as a participation analysis of the CLCA Condition Reporting.

PCAPP is safely destroying the chemical weapons stockpile currently in storage at the U.S. Army Pueblo Chemical Depot in Colorado. While at PCAPP, I was a Performance Management intern for the Performance Management Organization (PMO). In this role, I participated in and helped facilitate a number of Lean Six Sigma improvement projects. I also supported updating Lean Six Sigma training program material revisions and updates as well as participating in course instruction. I did Access data entry for larger scale Lean Six Sigma projects. I also conducted an audit of the PCAPP Observation Program (a safety walkthrough initiative) entry and tracking, which resulted in process improvements for the initiative.
